What you’ll get
✺ Regular 60-Minute Coaching Calls
Biweekly or weekly Zoom sessions with Katie for in-depth coaching, craft lessons, live brainstorming, and accountability check-ins. These calls are where we strategize, problem-solve, and keep your momentum going.
✺ Editorial Feedback
You’ll receive high-level feedback on 100+ pages of your writing. We’ll discuss how to hone your craft through structure, character development, voice, narration and more.
✺ Unlimited Email Support
Need a midweek gut check? Hit a roadblock? Have a question about a submission or a paragraph you’re stuck on? Katie’s available throughout the week for ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability.
✺ Built-in Accountability
Between calls, you’ll receive resources, writing assignments, revision tasks, and more based on where you are in your writing. These are crafted to help you stay on track, push deeper, and continue making real progress between our live sessions.
What we can work on together
✦ Build a writing routine
Whether you're starting from scratch or struggling to stay consistent, we'll establish a sustainable practice together: building accountability, developing your freewriting instincts, and learning the craft tools that will carry you through every stage of writing.
✦ Draft a full-length manuscript
Starting from a few pages or even just an idea, we'll create a structure, develop your themes, set benchmarks, and build a complete draft with consistent feedback and coaching all along the way.
✦ Revise a full-length manuscript & plan your publishing path
We'll move through the revision process together with a clear strategy in mind. Whether you're headed toward self-publishing or traditional publishing, you'll know your next steps.
✦ Write new essays or stories from scratch
We'll brainstorm and shape ideas together on Zoom, including possible live-editing sessions and real-time feedback so you leave each call with something to work with.
✦ Revise & submit essays or stories for publication
We'll sharpen your work and build a tailored submission list so your writing lands in the right hands, with expert support and encouragement at every step.
Let’s chat about your writing goals.
